Complaints / Content Removal Policy

We provide a process for reporting content that may be illegal or otherwise violates applicable standards or card scheme rules.

All complaints are reviewed and resolved within 5 business days.

Upon receiving a complaint, we will review the reported content, investigate the matter, and take appropriate action where necessary.

If the complaint is found to be valid, possible outcomes may include:

  • Removal of content
  • Restriction of access to content
  • Suspension or termination of related accounts
  • Further internal review and documentation

If a complaint is disputed, an appeals process is available and the matter will be reviewed further.
